The 6th of October City Development Authority carried out a comprehensive campaign aimed at removing unregulated activities and violations in residential units that had been unlawfully converted into commercial or administrative use. The campaign, conducted in coordination with the Giza Security Directorate and the Construction Police, resulted in the recovery of six residential units in the Sixth District that had been illegally repurposed for commercial activities.
In this context, Eng. Mohamed Mostafa, Head of the 6th of October City Development Authority, confirmed the continuation of such campaigns to eliminate violations, emphasizing the authority’s commitment to enforcing the law in order to preserve residents’ comfort and prevent the emergence of informal practices. He also urged residents to adhere to the designated use of their units and to cooperate with the authority’s efforts to ensure that no unregulated activities reappear.
