The Central Organization for Urban Development, affiliated with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the offering of 40 fully ready administrative units with complete utilities, including water, sewage, and electricity, for sale through a public lottery system.
The offer features competitive prices and flexible payment options, with unit sizes ranging from 56 square meters to 81 square meters. The units are located in Plot No. 75 in the South District area of 6th of October City. The lottery is scheduled to be held at the Executive Organization for Joint Projects headquarters on Sunday, January 11, 2026.
The organization explained that the allocation conditions include paying an amount of EGP 250,000 as a reservation deposit for each administrative unit.
The units will then be selected through a public lottery among applicants who have paid this amount. Additionally, easy payment plans are available, including immediate payment or installment options over periods of 3, 5, or 7 years, depending on the customer’s preference.
The conditions booklet is available at the Executive Organization for Joint Projects headquarters in Helwan for EGP 585 during the period from December 21, 2025, to December 25, 2025. The reservation deposit should be paid within the same period. Interested buyers can also view the project daily, except Fridays, at its location in 6th of October City.
