The New Urban Communities Authority has offered a land plot of 64,250 square meters in New Qena City for the establishment of a sports club under the immediate allocation system. The total price amounts to EGP 172.5 million, with the project to be implemented within five years from the approval of the master plan.
The conditions stipulate a building ratio not exceeding 7%, with construction limited to basement + ground floor + first floor, and setbacks of 6 meters. The project must comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Civil Defense, and must provide parking spaces in accordance with the Egyptian building code.

Payment terms include 15% upfront (10% already paid and 5% within 30 days), with the remainder to be settled over 10 semi-annual installments at the Central Bank’s interest rate plus additional charges.
