The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities announced that it will offer 17 industrial plots, each with an area of 300 square meters, in the Seventh District of New Minya City. The ministry also revealed the availability of 53 small industrial workshops ranging in size from 13 to 29 square meters in Hadayek October City. This initiative comes as part of the ministry’s efforts to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and create job opportunities in new cities.
Regarding the industrial plots in New Minya, the city authority confirmed that the booklet of terms and conditions is available for purchase at the authority’s headquarters, in addition to the possibility of on-site inspections during official working hours. The sale process will be conducted through a public auction session scheduled for Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
As for the workshops in Hadayek October City, the city authority stated that allocation will be based on the usufruct system for a period of five years, through two public auction sessions scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, October 1 and 2, 2025. The booklet of terms and conditions will also be available at the authority’s headquarters, with site inspections possible during official working hours upon coordination.
