The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities is continuing the handover of a new batch of residential units under the “Sakan Misr” project in the Exhibition Grounds – Second District of New Cairo. The delivery includes the first phase of serial numbers (6–7), in addition to serial number (3) covering all subsequent phases following the first stage.
The delivery schedule for the residential units is as follows:

Building 130 units on Sunday, September 7, 2025.

Building 131 units on Monday, September 8, 2025.

Building 132 units on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

Building 133 units on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

Building 134 units on Thursday, September 11, 2025.
The following week, delivery will move to buildings 135 through 139:

The process continues with the handover of buildings 140 to 144, scheduled between Sunday, September 21 and Thursday, September 25, 2025.
As for the remaining buildings, from 145 to 149, the handover will take place according to the following timeline:

The Ministry of Housing calls on successful applicants to head to the Housing and Development Bank, Nasr City Branch (2 Abbas El-Akkad Street), to complete the financial contracting procedures. Afterward, beneficiaries must visit the city authority office behind the South Teseen Water Station, bringing the original bank letter and a copy of the signed checks. This is required to register their data on the system and receive the site allocation letter for unit inspection and official handover.
