As part of diversifying the options available to citizens, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the release of the terms and conditions booklet for 2,333 residential land plots, distributed across three categories: medium housing, distinguished, and most distinguished.
Within the sixth phase of the Masaken project, reservations for these land plots will open starting September 14, 2025, and will remain available for two months. The ministry confirmed its commitment to providing new opportunities for citizens to secure suitable housing.

Regarding the designated locations for the sixth Masaken land offering, the ministry clarified that the plots are distributed across 18 new cities, including: 6th of October, Obour, 10th of Ramadan, New Akhmim, New Salhiya, New Fashn, New Fayoum, New Minya, Badr, New Tiba, New Qena, New Nasser (West Assiut), New Aswan, New Assiut, Sadat, New Borg El Arab, Hadayek October, and New Sohag.
Applications for the land plots will be available from September 14, 2025, for a two-month period for citizens interested in reserving plots within any of the three housing categories.
