Eng. Alaa Abdallah Mostafa, Head of the City Development Authority, conducted a field tour inside the Social Housing project Housing for All Egyptians in Al-Nargis District – Phase Five, to monitor the progress of the project, infrastructure works, and final finishing stages.
The project consists of 298 residential buildings comprising a total of 6,994 fully serviced units, each with an area of 90 square meters. The completion rate has reached about 90%. During his tour, the Head of the Authority inspected one of the units from the inside to ensure the quality of the finishing works and their compliance with approved technical standards.
He also reviewed the progress of utility networks such as water, sewage, and roads, in addition to the general site coordination works, which include installing interlock tiles, landscaping, and sidewalk construction.

He directed the intensification of planting Poinciana trees within the project and around parking areas to provide shade. He further emphasized the need to accelerate the completion of the remaining works, adhere to the specified timetable, and maintain the highest standards of quality during implementation.
Eng. Alaa Abdallah Mostafa pointed out that this project is part of the ongoing efforts to improve housing conditions and provide modern residential units for citizens, within the framework of the Presidential Initiative Housing for All Egyptians, which reflects the political leadership’s commitment to raising living standards and meeting housing needs.
