The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, in cooperation with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Emigration & Expatriates’ Affairs, announced the launch of registration for the second phase of the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative. This phase includes the first offering of residential units in New Alamein City within the “Diarna” project, located in the Housing District east of the “Sakan Misr” project, dedicated to Egyptians living abroad.

According to the Ministry’s statement, registration and unit selection will be open from September 20 to 25, 2025, through the official initiative website: beitakfemisr.com. Beneficiaries can log in to review the terms booklet, learn about the registration process, pay the reservation deposit, and explore the unit models with 360-degree virtual tours.
Unit Features and Facilities
The offering includes residential units in two levels of luxury within the “Dar Misr” project — the mid-range level and the luxury category. A set of facilities has also been provided, including:

A reservation seriousness fee of $5,000 per unit, which will be deducted from the total upon contract signing.
