Engineer Sherif El-Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the start of delivering a new batch of units in the Janna Project, located in the Third Settlement area of New Cairo. The handover of units will take place from Sunday, August 31, 2025, until Sunday, September 21, 2025, according to the schedule prepared by the New Cairo City Authority.
The Minister emphasized the importance of facilitating procedures for beneficiaries during the handover process and addressing any issues that may arise, with a focus on effective organization to ensure the smooth progress of operations.
Engineer Abdel Raouf El-Ghaiti, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, explained that the delivery will begin with Building 75 on Sunday, August 31, 2025, followed by Building 76 on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, and Building 74 on Thursday, September 4, 2025. Building 73 will be handed over on Sunday, September 7, 2025. Delivery will then continue with Building 90 on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, and Building 91 on Thursday, September 11, 2025.
He added that Building 131 will be handed over on Sunday, September 14, 2025, followed by Building 132 on Monday, September 15, 2025, Building 133 on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, and Building 134 on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Delivery of Building 88 is scheduled for Thursday, September 18, 2025, and finally, Building 89 on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
The Head of the City Authority pointed out that beneficiaries must first proceed to the Housing and Development Bank, Fifth Settlement branch, to complete banking procedures. Afterwards, they should head to the Citizens’ Service Office at the City Authority to finalize the remaining paperwork and review and inspect their unit in preparation for receiving it.
