Ministry of Endowments Denies Offering Housing Units with a Down Payment of 20,000 EGP

The Egyptian Endowments Authority confirmed through its official Facebook page that the circulating news about offering housing units with a 20,000 EGP down payment and a monthly installment of 1,300 EGP across 14 governorates is false. The authority clarified that there are currently no new residential or administrative units available for sale.

The Media Syndicate’s Anti-Rumors Center urged citizens to verify information and not fall prey to fabricated news, emphasizing the importance of relying on official sources for accurate updates.

Meanwhile, Minister of Endowments Dr. Osama Al-Azhari received the Japanese Ambassador to Cairo, Fumio Iwai, to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation in combating extremism and fostering values of patriotism and belonging.
