The New Alamein City Development Authority has announced the launch of a new set of commercial and industrial land plots available through the immediate reservation system. The offering includes 21 plots allocated for establishing service and maintenance centers, with sizes ranging from 600 square meters to 1,412.5 square meters, in addition to 10 plots designated for handicraft workshops starting from 390 square meters.
The Authority clarified that the terms and conditions booklet can be obtained from the Authority’s headquarters for a non-refundable fee of EGP 499. The booklet contains full details regarding the offered plots, including sizes, prices, and available plot numbers.
Reservation and payment conditions require the client to construct the designated buildings and obtain operating licenses before any disposition of the land. Sale or transfer of ownership is prohibited until the completion of the required projects. Each client is permitted to reserve only one plot of land.
Thursday, September 12, 2025, has been set as the final date to purchase the terms booklet, complete the required documents, and submit the down payment, all at the headquarters of the New Alamein Authority located in the Heritage City on Road C3.
Applicants must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the total land value, in addition to administrative fees of 1% and a Board of Trustees fee of 0.5%. The remaining 70% of the value is payable in equal semi-annual installments over a maximum of seven years, with applicable banking charges.
