The Ministry of Housing, through the Mortgage Finance Fund, continues to accept reservations for the “Nuzha” apartments in New Cairo. Applications can be submitted via the designated reservation website.
The application period is open until August 15, 2024. To reserve an apartment, applicants need to pay an initial deposit of 150,000 EGP along with an administrative fee of 1,000 EGP. The apartments available for reservation are fully finished and are part of a development comprising 80 units spread across four buildings in New Cairo. However, the units will be handed over next year.
Reservation Conditions:
- Applicants must be Egyptian nationals.
- Families (including spouses and minor children) are not permitted to apply for more than one unit.
- Neither the applicant nor any family member should have previously received a residential unit or land plot.
- The brochure is considered an integral part of the sales contract and complements its terms.
- The residential units are intended solely for residential use, and buyers are not allowed to alter the designated use of the property.
