As part of the active cooperation between the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities and the Ministry of Justice, the Real Estate Registration and Notarization Complex has been inaugurated and put into operation in 10th of Ramadan City under the name “New Urban Community Real Estate Registration Office – Distinguished 2nd Notarization Branch of 10th of Ramadan.”
The inauguration was attended by several prominent officials, including Counselor Rabie Kassem, Assistant Minister of Justice for the General Authority of the Courts and Real Estate Registration Buildings Fund, and Counselor Youssef El-Koumy, Assistant Minister of Justice for Real Estate Registration and Notarization. Engineer Alaa Abd El-Lah, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Authority, also participated, along with Counselor Ahmed Saber, member of the Technical Office of the Assistant Minister of Justice and General Representative of the Ministry of Justice at the New Urban Communities Authority.
The complex offers a wide range of advanced services, including the distinguished notarization branch that houses four offices, alongside a dedicated office for providing notarization services through Egypt’s Digital Portal.
It also contains the Real Estate Registration Office, which includes five specialized offices for receiving registration requests related to property contracts within the scope of 10th of Ramadan City. This operates within an integrated digital system that links the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Housing via the Government Data Exchange, in alignment with Egypt’s Vision 2030.
This project comes as a result of implementing Law No. 27 of 2018, amended by Law No. 177 of 2022, concerning the regulation of certain provisions of real estate registration in new urban communities, along with its executive regulations.
The complex welcomes citizens from Saturday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, aiming to provide advanced and efficient services that meet the needs of the city’s residents.
