In response to the directives of Engineer Adel Al-Naggar, Governor of Giza, during his field tour in the Al-Lebini area of Haram District to oversee the demolition of six illegal towers, it was emphasized that the removal must be carried out fully and comprehensively. This includes all reinforced concrete elements such as beams, columns, and slabs, to ensure that reconstruction or future restoration will not be possible.
In this context, Giza Governorate, in cooperation with Haram District, deployed four “jackhammer excavators” atop the violating buildings to execute the complete demolition of the unauthorized structures, serving as a strict and deterrent measure against violators.

Engineer Adel Al-Naggar stressed the importance of accelerating the demolition process, directing the head of the Inspection Authority to regularly follow up on the operations and ensure serious on-ground implementation without any leniency, while submitting daily reports on the progress.
The Governor confirmed that Giza will continue its firm approach in confronting building violations without hesitation, noting that these measures aim to uphold state authority, enforce the law, protect citizens’ lives, and enhance order and safety in the area.
