The 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority has announced the offering of lands through public auction for agricultural, industrial, and commercial activities. The offering includes 4 plots designated for agricultural use with areas ranging from 14.38 to 90.69 feddans, under a usufruct license system for 15 years, renewable.
Additionally, the offering features a plot of 2,777.9 square meters and another of 28,479 square meters, with a total of 31,256.9 square meters, separated by a road in the Second District.
The terms booklet is available for 499 EGP, with an auction entry deposit of 250,000 EGP per plot, payable before the auction session. The auction will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the authority’s headquarters.
The winning bidder is required to pay 10% of the value as a guarantee for the first three years, renewable thereafter, in addition to 1% administrative fees and 0.5% Board of Trustees fees. The authority also provides land inspection opportunities during working hours to encourage agricultural, industrial, and commercial investments in the city.
