The Development Authority of Capital Gardens City, under the New Urban Communities Authority, has announced the offering of six commercial shops and one pharmacy for sale through a public auction. The properties are located within a 2,350-feddan area inside the city.
The authority stated that the available spaces range between 19 square meters and 36 square meters, and sales will take place according to the terms and conditions outlined in the designated tender booklet.
It added that the booklet of terms and specifications can be obtained from the authority’s headquarters for a fee of EGP 299 (excluding VAT). Participants are also required to pay a deposit of EGP 25,000 for each shop or pharmacy as an entry guarantee to the auction.
The public auction is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at the authority’s headquarters. Successful bidders will complete the payment for the shop or pharmacy in accordance with the regulatory rules set by the authority.
This initiative comes as part of the New Urban Communities Authority’s efforts to enhance service and commercial activities in Capital Gardens City, aiming to meet residents’ needs and contribute to the city’s comprehensive development vision.
