Eng. Alaa Abd El-Lah Mostafa, Head of the City Development Authority, inspected the progress of several vital projects in the Regional Services Area.
He began his tour with the “Housing for All Egyptians – Middle-Income Housing Axis” project, where he followed up on the construction of residential units and the development of surrounding outdoor spaces. The project consists of 68 buildings comprising 1,632 fully serviced residential units with varied areas of 100, 110, and 120 square meters. The project’s completion rate has reached around 95%, indicating that it is nearing finalization and handover to beneficiaries.

The tour also included a follow-up on the “Green Housing – Environmentally Friendly Low-Income Axis” in its fifth and sixth phases.

Phase Five includes 90 buildings containing 1,842 units with areas ranging between 75 and 90 square meters, achieving a completion rate of 80%.

Phase Six consists of 54 buildings with 1,296 units, each 90 square meters in size, with a current completion rate of about 20%.
During the tour, Eng. Alaa Abd El-Lah Mostafa stressed the importance of contractors adhering to the specified timelines and ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest quality standards. He explained that these projects fall within the state’s efforts to provide fully serviced housing that considers environmental aspects and meets the needs of residents.
