The Ministry of Housing has offered a land plot with an area of 6,110 square meters in the Business and Finance District of 10th of Ramadan City, designated for exhibition purposes, at a price of EGP 21,710 per square meter, totaling EGP 132.63 million, through the immediate allocation mechanism.
The building-to-land ratio is set at 40% of the total area, with permitted heights of basement + ground floor + two floors. Specific setback distances must be maintained around the structure, along with adherence to Civil Defense requirements, Armed Forces restrictions, and the provision of car parking spaces in accordance with the Egyptian garage code. The execution period is set at three years from the date of land handover.
Payment terms require 25% of the total amount as a down payment (10% upon offering + 15% within one month), in addition to administrative fees and a percentage for the Board of Trustees. The remaining balance is to be paid over six semi-annual installments, with interest at the Central Bank rate, plus 2% from the Ministry of Finance and 0.5% administrative fees.
