Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued a new decision involving a series of assignments and transfers within the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and several city authorities. This decision comes in response to the operational needs and requirements of the current stage of development.
According to the decision:

Engineer Mostafa Saeed Ahmed has been appointed as Head of the New Aswan City Development Authority, with additional supervisory responsibility over the authorities of New Toshka, New Tiba, New Qena, and West Qena.

Accountant Abdel Wahab Mohamed Abbas Moselli has been assigned to oversee real estate affairs in the authorities of the Northwestern Coast cities, with his main office located in the second sector of the Northwestern Coast.

Engineer Tarek Gamal El-Din Mohamed has been appointed Head of the New Salhiya City Development Authority.

Engineer Ashraf Ahmed Mohamed El-Samalegy will head the New Port Said “Salam” City Development Authority and will also oversee West Port Said City.

Engineer Ayman Rashad – Head of New Sohag City Authority

Engineer Ahmed Ibrahim – Head of New Nubariya City Authority

Engineer Sherif Abdel-Badea – Head of New Fayoum City Authority, with supervisory authority over New Feshn City
