Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, continued his follow-up meetings to monitor the sales, handovers, and marketing of various projects being implemented by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) in new cities. As part of these efforts, he held a meeting at the headquarters of the New Alamein City Authority with officials from a real estate development company, in the presence of representatives from the ministry and the authority.
At the start of the meeting, Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny emphasized that the Ministry of Housing is committed to maximizing the benefits of the investments injected into residential and development projects across new cities and various regions. He noted that the ministry is targeting the implementation of a wide range of projects in collaboration with real estate development and marketing companies, aligning with the state’s broader strategy to strengthen partnerships with the private sector.
During the meeting, the Minister also reviewed the sales status of the projects that the company is marketing in both the New Administrative Capital and New Cairo. Additionally, the progress of a specific project in the city of 6th of October was discussed.
