The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities is officially continuing its efforts to release the 2025 Social Housing Apartments Terms and Conditions Booklet (PDF format). This comes as part of the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” initiative, which officially launched on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
Details of the New Offering
The offering includes more than 113,000 residential units, with sizes ranging between 75 and 90 square meters, distributed across a wide range of new cities in various governorates. Interested applicants can download the terms booklet online through the official platforms and begin the reservation process with ease.
Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund, confirmed that the official “Housing for All Egyptians 7” booklet is now available through the following platforms:

To create a personal account on the website, applicants must pay an application fee of EGP 350, in addition to administrative fees of another EGP 350. Once the fees are paid, users can download the booklet and upload all required documents electronically.

The applicant must be between 21 and 50 years old.
