Minister of Housing Meets with Regional Director of Cityscape Exhibitions and Conferences Group

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held a meeting with Mr. Alexander Hoh, Regional Director of the Cityscape Exhibitions and Conferences Group, Mr. Robert Daniel, Director of Cityscape Egypt Exhibition, and Ms. Basma El-Baz, Marketing Director of the exhibition. The meeting took place at the Ministry’s headquarters in New Alamein City, aiming to discuss avenues for cooperation and coordination regarding the upcoming Cityscape Egypt Summit and Exhibition, scheduled for September. Several officials from the Ministry and the New Urban Communities Authority were also in attendance.

At the outset of the meeting, Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny welcomed the attendees and emphasized the significance of the Cityscape Exhibition as a key platform that brings together developers, investors, and government officials. He explained that the exhibition presents an opportunity to exchange insights on developers’ needs and to explore available investment prospects. He also highlighted the strength of Egypt’s real estate market, which offers a wide range of opportunities suitable for both local and international investors.

For his part, Alexander Hoh expressed his pride in collaborating with the Egyptian Ministry of Housing, noting that Egypt represents a central market for the Cityscape Exhibitions and Conferences Group due to the remarkable development witnessed in the real estate sector. He confirmed that the group aims to position Cityscape Egypt as a leading regional platform in the property industry.

Meanwhile, Robert Daniel pointed out that the upcoming edition of the exhibition aims to stimulate investment in Egypt’s real estate sector. He mentioned that the event will witness the participation of top leaders in the real estate field both locally and regionally, including developers, investors, financial institutions, consultancies, and governmental entities. He also praised the continued support provided by the Ministry of Housing in promoting collaboration between the public and private sectors.

During the meeting, a comprehensive review of the preparations for the exhibition and the objectives of the upcoming edition was presented, in addition to detailing the planned events. The exhibition is expected to feature over 30 speakers from leading investment entities in Egypt and the Middle East, as well as host more than 80 real estate developers from both within and outside Egypt.
