The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has announced a new investment opportunity in New Tiba City, Luxor, by offering Plot No. 45 in the City Services Center. Construction Guidelines
The built-up area must not exceed 30% of the total land area. Mandatory setbacks apply:

Flexible Payment System
The payment plan offers flexibility:

An initial down payment of 25% of the total land value is required.

15% within one month of receiving approval.

0.5% to the Board of Trustees.

The remaining balance is payable over 6 equal semi-annual installments, starting 6 months after the approval notification. These installments are subject to:

The Central Bank of Egypt’s interest rate at the time of notification,

An additional 2% as per the Ministry of Finance’s instructions,

An extra 0.5% administrative fee.
