In line with the directives of the Minister of Housing, Sherif El-Sherbiny, to strengthen communication between government bodies and citizens, Eng. Mohamed Mahmoud El-Ghamrawy, Head of the New Mansoura City Authority, held an open meeting with a number of the city’s residents to discuss their demands, suggestions, and to review the latest updates on developmental projects.
The meeting was attended by the authority’s deputy heads and department directors. During the gathering, the Head of the Authority welcomed the residents and praised their active participation, emphasizing their important role as partners in the city’s development. The dialogue addressed issues related to services and infrastructure, as well as suggestions for improving living standards.
El-Ghamrawy instructed the immediate study of residents’ demands and the development of practical solutions, stressing the authority’s commitment to improving services in cooperation with the community to ensure sustained development and a better quality of life.
