The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has announced an investment opportunity on a usufruct basis in Shorouk City, designated for the establishment of restaurants and cafeterias in a dedicated restaurant zone covering an area of 11,400 square meters.
The annual usufruct fee is set at EGP 6,897,000, with a security deposit of EGP 689,700. The usufruct period is five years, renewable, with an annual increase of 10%. The designated site includes four restaurants, each covering 225 square meters, surrounded by green spaces and open areas. The buildings are limited to ground-floor construction only.

Additionally, the annual usufruct fee must be paid at the beginning of each year, with the possibility of interest being applied in case of late payment.
