Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held his regular meeting yesterday evening with a number of parliamentarians from both the House of Representatives and the Senate. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the demands of their constituencies and review key issues, in the presence of officials from the Ministry and its executive bodies.
Engineer El-Sherbiny opened the meeting by welcoming the members of parliament, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between the various departments of the Ministry and all relevant authorities. He also emphasized the importance of continuous coordination and integration between the executive and legislative branches to serve the nation’s interests and those of its citizens. He reaffirmed his commitment to maintaining open lines of communication with parliamentarians to hear their constituency requests and work toward meeting them.
The members of parliament raised issues related to housing projects, drinking water, wastewater management, and other areas under the Ministry’s jurisdiction across various governorates and new cities.
