The Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund has announced the launch of a new phase of the “Housing for All Egyptians” project, aimed at individuals who do not fall within the priority categories. This phase will begin on July 8, 2025.
The Fund revealed the locations included in this new phase, which are as follows:

New Urban Communities: New Obour, 10th of Ramadan, Capital Gardens, 15th of May, New Akhmim, New Aswan, New October, Sadat City, Badr, Tiba, Borg El Arab, New Sohag, New Qena, and New Minya.

Governorate Centers: Units will also be available in various centers within the governorates of Aswan, Assiut, Luxor, Giza, Fayoum, Minya, Menoufia, Sohag, Qena, Damietta, Red Sea, Dakahlia, New Valley, Matrouh, and Beheira.
In addition, the Social Housing Fund has called on previous applicants to withdraw their reservation deposits before June 30 of this year.
This new offering targets low-income individuals, and booking requires a down payment of EGP 50,000. Applicants can also benefit from mortgage financing over 20 years at an 8% interest rate, as part of the government-backed mortgage system.
