The Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund has officially announced the launch of the second phase of the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” initiative for low-income citizens. Applications will be accepted from July 8 to August 7, 2025, exclusively through the Fund’s official website.
This phase specifically targets individuals who previously applied for “Housing for All Egyptians 5” but were not allocated units, on the condition that they withdraw their prior reservation deposit before June 30, 2025.
The offer includes fully finished apartments ranging between 75 and 90 square meters, available at subsidized prices. Buyers can benefit from mortgage financing plans of up to 20 years, with a fixed interest rate of 8%. A minimum reservation down payment of EGP 50,000 is required.
