The New Beni Suef City Development Authority has announced the sale of 14 commercial stores of varying sizes during a public auction session. The session was presided over by Engineer Ahmed Abdel Ghaffar, Head of the Authority, in the presence of committee members, representatives from the State Council and the Ministry of Finance, as well as representatives from the financial and real estate affairs sectors of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
The Head of the Authority clarified that the stores cater to a wide range of commercial activities, including groceries, supermarkets, restaurants, warehouses, cafeterias, perfumes, animal feed, household goods, and furnishings.
These stores are located across various areas within the city, such as the Second District, Fourth District, Fifth District, the “Ebny Beitak 1” zone, and the 77-acre Social Housing area.
In a related context, the New Beni Suef City Authority launched a campaign to remove building code violations and close down unlicensed commercial stores. The campaign included the immediate removal of building violations on plot No. (45) in the “Ebny Beitak 2” zone. Additionally, three closure orders were executed for unlicensed commercial stores located on plot No. (139) in the city center. Another closure order was carried out on an unlicensed store No. (1) in building No. (G 10) in the Second Residential District.
