A public auction session was held at the headquarters of the Tenth of Ramadan City Development Authority, during which six commercial shops, a pharmacy, and five bakeries were sold. The session was attended by Eng. Alaa Abdel-Latif Mostafa, Head of the City Authority, along with representatives from the State Council, the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), the Ministry of Finance, and members of the auction committee.
Engineer Alaa Abdel-Latif Mostafa affirmed that the auction results fall within the authority’s ongoing plan to enhance commercial and service activities and to provide essential services for city residents in alignment with urban expansion and increasing population growth.
In a related context, the New Obour City Development Authority also organized a public auction session at its headquarters, resulting in the sale of five commercial stores as well as administrative and professional units. The session was attended by Dr. Eng. Ahmed Ismail Gaber, Head of the City Authority, a representative from the State Council, a representative from the Ministry of Finance, and officials from the New Urban Communities Authority.
Dr. Eng. Ahmed Ismail noted that this step aims to support economic activity and strengthen the service and commercial infrastructure in light of the city’s urban expansion.
