Dr. Eng. Mohamed Khalaf Allah, Head of the Tourism Villages Authority, announced the commencement of road paving works in Marbella Village following the completion of electricity infrastructure installations.
The Head of the Authority explained that Eng. Mina Raafat, Deputy Head of the Authority, conducted an inspection tour today to monitor the ongoing road paving operations in Marbella. He was accompanied by Eng. Samah Tawfik, Director of the Utilities Department, and Mr. Mahmoud, responsible for the village’s engineering administration. These activities are part of the second phase of the development plan, which has now reached 95% completion, with a total cost nearing EGP 175 million.
He added that the continuation and enhancement of these services aim to improve road quality and infrastructure in villages under the New Urban Communities Authority, aligning with the desires of property owners and regular visitors to Marbella Village for improved public services.
In a related context, the Head of the Authority emphasized to the executing company the importance of adhering to the scheduled timeline for project completion. He stressed the need to maintain required standards of quality and specifications, in line with the agreed-upon work schedule, while strictly observing occupational health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of all workers on-site.
He also noted that these efforts are being carried out in accordance with directives from Eng. Sherif El Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities.
