The Government Is Working to Remove All Obstacles Facing Investors to Advance the Real Estate Sector in Egypt

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, stated that the ministry is actively working to develop the real estate system in Egypt, including reforming the legislative environment governing the sector.

During his speech at the Akhbar Al-Youm Real Estate Conference, El-Sherbiny emphasized the ministry’s commitment to promoting Egyptian real estate in line with its vision of boosting property exports. This strategy aims to ensure the competitiveness of Egyptian real estate compared to that of other countries.
