Engineer Abdel Raouf El-Ghaity, Head of the New Cairo City Authority, has announced that 82 plots of land in the Beit Al Watan project for Egyptians abroad, located in the Extension of Al-Narges area, are now ready for electricity connection.
This step is part of the broader plan to supply electricity to newly developed residential areas. El-Ghaity emphasized that implementation of this electricity rollout plan is ongoing in the region, noting that the fourth phase includes specific plots located in zones D and E. He called on plot owners to apply for building conformity inspections to complete the procedures for electricity connection.
Engineer Hesham Mohamed Ali, Director General of the Electricity Department at the New Cairo City Authority, stated that this announcement comes as part of the continuing efforts that have been implemented in recent periods. He noted that three previous phases had already been announced and witnessed significant progress in connecting electricity to multiple plots that have become ready for habitation.
