The public auction session organized by the General Authority for Construction and Housing Cooperatives on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at the site of the Mansoura Towers Project witnessed significant turnout and strong competition among bidders. The auction featured a variety of residential and administrative units, as well as garages, offered as part of the project. Additionally, commercial shops in the “Louloua New Damietta” project were auctioned, along with a residential unit located in the market area of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate.
Major General Eng. Walid El-Baroudi, Chairman of the General Authority for Construction and Housing Cooperatives, stated that the high attendance and engagement in the auction reflect customer trust in the authority’s projects.
He emphasized that these projects are part of the state’s strategy to support real estate investment and stimulate the property market in the Delta governorates.
He added that the properties offered in the auction feature modern designs and strategic locations close to vital services and infrastructure, making them appealing to buyers and presenting promising opportunities for investors in the real estate sector. El-Baroudi also noted that the authority is preparing for another auction session scheduled for Thursday, May 29, 2025, in Port Said Governorate. That session will offer a variety of residential and administrative units and commercial shops as part of the authority’s projects in the area, in addition to commercial shops in Ismailia and residential, administrative units, and shops in Suez Governorate.
