The 9th Public Draw for Allocating Housing Units to Citizens with Settled Status in Al Rabya Area to Be Held Thursday

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced that the 9th public draw will be conducted to allocate housing units to citizens who have paid the required down payments for specific plot sizes, which have been regularized for them in the Al Rabya area of El Shorouk City. The draw is scheduled to take place on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the headquarters of the El Shorouk City Authority.

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny emphasized the importance of continuing efforts to complete the process of regularizing the status of citizens and entities located on lands recently added to several new cities. He also highlighted the need for proper land-use planning in these areas, with the aim of establishing integrated urban communities.

Engineer Bassam Mohamed, Head of the El Shorouk City Development Authority, announced the 9th manual public draw for clients who have paid the required down payments for their allocated plots in the Al Rabya area. Clients are required to be present by 10:00 AM for registration, with the gates closing at 12:00 PM to begin the draw. Attendees must bring proof of identity and the original payment receipt.
