90% Completion of Janna 4 Residential Project in New Zayed with a Total of 816 Housing Units

Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly reviewed the development works of the 26th of July Corridor, from its intersection with the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road to its intersection with the Wahat Road in 6th of October City and Sheikh Zayed. Minister of Housing, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, explained that the project aims to increase the road’s capacity from 4 lanes to 6 lanes, thereby improving traffic flow. The development plan includes enhancing asphalt quality, adding dedicated bike lanes, and strengthening traffic guidance systems. It also involves upgrading the urban landscape through landscaping and planting along the entire route.

El-Sherbiny pointed out that the city’s road development project aims to improve traffic movement in response to population growth and urban expansion. He also emphasized that safety and security standards are being applied during implementation to minimize traffic disruptions.

Following this, Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly inspected the Janna 4 residential project in Sheikh Zayed City, which includes 34 residential buildings with a total of 816 housing units. El-Sherbiny noted that the construction of the buildings has reached 90% completion, while network infrastructure works have been fully completed (100%). The project is expected to be finalized by June 30, 2025.
