2,040 Fully Finished Units Launched in the Saba Residential Project

During his visit to Giza Governorate today, Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, accompanied by several officials, inspected the “Saba” residential compound project in the northern expansion zone of the 6th of October City. The project was developed by the Ministry of Housing.

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, stated that the Saba project consists of 85 residential buildings, comprising a total of 2,040 housing units. The unit sizes range between 100 and 142 square meters, and all units are fully finished.

The Minister added that the residential buildings are equipped with electric elevators and are located within a gated compound surrounded by a wall and featuring three main gates. The project also enjoys a strategic location at the intersection of Boulevard Road and the Middle Ring Road.

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny explained that the units are delivered fully ready, complete with finishing and essential services. He also highlighted the project’s unique landscape design, which includes walking paths and green spaces. Moreover, the compound offers various logistical services and benefits from its proximity to educational, commercial, industrial, and sports facilities. The project has seen significant interest and high demand during its announced sales phases.
