The New Urban Communities Authority is preparing to approve the allocation of 170 feddans in favor of a real estate development company in the city of 10th of Ramadan, marking a prominent investment step. The project, which will be established in the Kafrawi Park area, aims to transform the city into a vibrant hub combining entertainment, services, and residential living.
The project includes 90 feddans under a usufruct system to create a public recreational and cultural park, featuring open spaces, restaurants, cafes, and playgrounds. Another 80 feddans are allocated for urban development and services, including modern residential units and educational, medical, and commercial facilities, aiming to balance population density with comfortable living.
The project seeks to redefine the urban landscape in 10th of Ramadan and is expected to spark a boom in the city’s investment infrastructure. Although the executing company’s name has not been disclosed, it is well known for the high quality of its project execution and deep vision.
