Engineer Amr Khattab, spokesperson for the Ministry of Housing, announced that the Minister of Housing revealed this morning the launch of the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians 7”, which targets middle-income citizens. The initiative will offer around 15,000 housing units across 15 governorates and in more than one city.
Amr Khattab added that the residential units will be available in cities such as Obour, 10th of Ramadan, Capital Gardens, May 15th, in addition to Akhmim, Aswan, Sadat City, Badr, October, Tiba, Borg El Arab, New Sohag, Qena, and New Minya, as well as several centers in Upper Egypt.
Khattab pointed out that the offering will begin tomorrow in Capital Gardens, East and West Cairo, and in several centers such as Gamasa in Dakahlia, Damietta, Shata, Tal Warda, and in Red Sea Governorate, including Hurghada, Minya, and Matrouh, continuing until June 4.
He clarified that unit sizes range from 90 square meters to 127 square meters, and the application booklets will be available on the official website starting tomorrow morning. One of the key features of this announcement is that it includes ready-to-move-in units, with some scheduled for delivery within 18 months and others within 36 months. He also noted that there are 396 units ready for immediate delivery in Gamasa (Dakahlia) and Hurghada (Red Sea Governorate), in addition to Zarqa and Shata in Damietta.
