Major General Engineer Walid El-Baroudy, Chairman of the General Authority for Housing and Building Cooperatives, has announced the launch of a new batch of commercial shops, garages, residential, and administrative units for sale through a public auction scheduled for this May. The offering, made in collaboration with the National Bank of Egypt, includes four residential units in the Green Mountain Project in Nasr City, 20 commercial shops in Mokattam, 9 garages in 6th of October City, 10 garages in El Shorouk, and 7 shops in Sheikh Zayed.
It also includes residential units in Hurghada, Maghagha, Shebin El-Kom, and Keman Fares, along with 10 shops and 2 nurseries in Amreya, Alexandria. The auction will take place on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Authority’s headquarters in Nasr City.
El-Baroudy further announced the offering of an additional group of shops, residential, and administrative units in another public auction. This includes 6 shops, 3 residential units, 7 administrative units, and 6 garages in the Mansoura Towers Project; 6 shops in the Lulu’at Damietta Project; and a residential unit in Kafr El-Sheikh, all scheduled for auction on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
Moreover, the session on Thursday, May 29, 2025, will include the auction of 10 shops, 16 residential units, and 7 administrative units in the Lulu’at Port Said Project; 2 residential units in the 5,000 Units Project in Port Said; 10 shops in the 85 Buildings Project; 11 shops and 1 residential unit in the Low-Cost Housing Project in Ismailia; and 10 shops and 7 administrative units in the Amal Project (28 Buildings).
