New Urban Communities Authority Denies Changes to Land Rules on Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road

The New Urban Communities Authority has denied recent claims regarding changes to the regulations for lands subject to improvement fees along the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road. The Authority confirmed that these regulations apply only to a depth of one kilometer, not five kilometers as has been rumored.

The Authority emphasized that the circulated information on this matter is completely incorrect.

The New Urban Communities Authority also called on all social media users to verify information before sharing it, stressing the importance of relying on official sources to avoid spreading rumors.
