Engineer Ahmed Ismail, Head of the New Obour City Authority, announced that a public auction session was held at the authority’s headquarters, resulting in the sale of seven commercial shops and two pharmacies located in several key areas of the city. The auction aims to meet the needs of both residents and investors. The session was attended by a representative from the State Council, as well as delegates from the Financial and Real Estate Affairs Department of the New Urban Communities Authority, and a representative from the Ministry of Finance.
The Head of the New Obour City Authority clarified that the total value of the sold shops and pharmacies amounted to approximately EGP 32 million, reflecting a growing demand from investors and their confidence in the city’s future.
In the same context, Engineer Mohamed Abdelaziz, Head of the Badr City Development Authority, noted that three commercial shops were sold in the Violet Market area of the Fifth District. He emphasized the authority’s commitment to enhancing services and creating investment opportunities in Badr City.
