Major General Walid El-Baroudi, Head of the General Authority for Building and Housing Cooperatives, announced the launch of premium service land plots for public auction in several new cities. The auction will take place on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 12 PM at the Authority’s headquarters in Nasr City. The projects include land plots in New Cairo’s Pearl, 6th of October, Badr 1, 10th of Ramadan, Borg El Arab, Mansoura, Beni Suef, New Minya, and Aswan, with payment facilities extending over seven years.
Major General Walid El-Baroudi provided details on the land offerings in the Pearl projects. The New Cairo Pearl project includes a land plot for an administrative building with an area of 3,000 m², while the 6th of October Pearl project features a land plot for a hospital covering 10,000 m². The Badr 1 project offers a land plot for an administrative building with an area of 1,709 m², and the 10th of Ramadan Pearl project has a 2,084 m² plot for an administrative building. In the Borg El Arab Pearl project, there is a land plot of 17,308 m² for a commercial and administrative building, as well as a 1,550 m² plot for a bank and a 1,124 m² mall. The Mansoura Towers project includes a land plot for a medical center of 2,296 m², while the Beni Suef Pearl project features a 13,789 m² commercial and administrative building. The New Minya Pearl project offers a 9,748 m² plot for a school, and the Aswan Pearl project has a 9,748 m² plot for a school.
