Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, followed up on the latest developments of the “Diarna” middle-income housing project in New Beni Suef, which includes 390 fully finished residential units ranging in size from 104 m² to 153 m². The project aims to provide both privacy and luxury and includes green spaces and a comprehensive camera surveillance system. The compound is surrounded by both an iron and tree-lined fence. The project consists of 23 residential buildings, divided into 11 buildings of Model A.
The project is located in a prime area of New Beni Suef City, east of the recreational zone, next to the “Housing for All Egyptians” area and opposite an international school. It is situated along the old Eastern Minya/Cairo Desert Road, facing Nahda University, and is just 2 km from the original city of Beni Suef and 1 km from the Adly Mansour Axis, east of the tourism and sports area.
The Head of the New Beni Suef City Authority announced that services will be available to residents of the project, including 3 international schools, a language school, basic education schools, and universities. In addition, the New Urban Communities Authority, in cooperation with the Housing and Development Bank, announced the opening of applications for residential units in the Diarna middle-income housing project from April 15 to May 15, as part of the first phase of the largest housing offering for middle-income earners in 2025, including New Beni Suef City.
