Engineer Ammar Mandour, Head of the Capital Gardens City Development Authority, announced that a public auction session was held for the sale of a group of commercial stores, a pharmacy, and four administrative units. The session took place at the authority’s headquarters in the presence of officials from the New Urban Communities Authority and representatives from the State Council. This initiative is part of the ongoing efforts to meet residents’ needs and provide essential services.
Engineer Ammar Mandour indicated that the sold stores are located in Commercial Market No. 65 at Service Center No. 13 in Al-Amal Neighborhood, where five stores and a pharmacy were sold. Additionally, four other stores located under two residential buildings in Al-Zohour Neighborhood were also sold.
He added that the commercial activities were selected based on the specific needs of each area, with careful consideration to avoid disturbing the comfort of residents living beneath the buildings. The businesses included a supermarket, poultry shop, restaurant, bakery, dairy shop, fishmonger, and cleaning supplies store. This variety reflects the strong turnout at the auction and signals a promising future for investment in Capital Gardens City.
Engineer Ammar Mandour and officials from the authority also visited the residential buildings of the low- and middle-income housing project in the city. They inspected infrastructure works in the 2,350-acre area. Mandour emphasized the importance of accelerating progress and ensuring the availability of necessary materials, stressing to the companies involved the need to increase completion rates and maintain ongoing monitoring to address any issues.
