The Governorate of Luxor, in cooperation with the General Investment Administration, has announced the offering of three land plots for investment. The first plot covers an area of 3 feddans, 6 carats, and 18 shares, and is located in Madamoud Bahri in El-Zenia Center, near the logistics zone and Sun City.
The second plot spans an area of 27 feddans, also located in Madamoud Bahri, adjacent to Sun City and directly next to the golf course land.
The third plot is significantly larger, consisting of 310 feddans of state-owned land, situated in Madamoud Bahri in El-Zenia Center. This plot boasts a strategic location on the main road leading to the desert highway, near the entertainment zone defined by a presidential decree. It is also adjacent to Tiba Technological University, facing Tiba City and the Eastern Desert Road.
Dr. Hisham Abu Zeid, Deputy Governor of Luxor and Chairman of the Higher Investment Committee in the governorate, emphasized the importance of promoting all available investment opportunities in Luxor.
