This announcement follows the Ministry of Housing’s recent launch of the first phase of the largest offering of residential units across multiple new cities and areas. Interested applicants can visit the official website of the Housing and Development Bank, in collaboration with the New Urban Communities Authority and the Masr Real Estate Platform.
Engineer Ameen Ghoniem, Deputy Head of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, confirmed that Diyarna project units are available for viewing and reservation on the Housing and Development Bank’s website.

The apartments are distributed across the following cities: New Cairo, October Gardens, New Obour, Capital Gardens, Badr, 10th of Ramadan, Sadat, New Borg El Arab, New Assiut, New Minya, West Qena, New Nasser, New Beni Suef, New Tiba, and New Sohag. Additionally, JANNA and Sakan Misr units are available in New Mansoura, along with free housing options.
