The Ministry of Housing announced on Saturday the continuation of the application and reservation process for varied housing units (Ismailia – Ahalina – Bashayer).
Varied Housing Units
To reserve a unit in the varied housing project (Ismailia – Ahalina – Bashayer – Midway), a payment of 151,000 Egyptian pounds (only one hundred and fifty-one thousand Egyptian pounds) is required as a lump sum. This amount includes 150,000 Egyptian pounds (only one hundred and fifty thousand Egyptian pounds) as a booking fee, in addition to 1,000 Egyptian pounds (only one thousand Egyptian pounds) as a non-refundable registration fee.
Cases of Cancellation of Allocation for Varied Housing Units
The Ministry has outlined the cases under which allocation of housing units can be cancelled as follows:

Building Conditions
The allocation is personal, and the transfer or disposal of the unit in any form, whether ownership transfer or registration, is not allowed without written approval from the authority, and on the condition that the full price of the unit and the specified fees are paid in accordance with the real estate regulations in effect at the authority.
Cases of Allocation Cancellation for Varied Housing Units
The allocation will be canceled in the following cases:

If any violations of the booking conditions or materials stated in this brochure are discovered or emerge.

At the request of the allocated person.

If 20% of the total price, in addition to (1% administrative fees + 0.5%) to the Trustees Council, is not paid within the payment period provided.

Failure to pay two consecutive installments according to the payment method.

If the unit is transferred or disposed of without prior approval from the authority or the relevant city council.

If the purpose of the unit’s allocation is changed.

If the contract is not signed and the unit is not received within the specified delivery time.
