Transferring the apartment to others: Transferring ownership without written authorization is considered a violation that warrants withdrawal.

Failure to pay due installments: Accumulating unpaid installments over a long period can lead to the withdrawal of the unit.

Delays in contracting procedures: Failing to complete contracting procedures or delaying the receipt of the apartment is a violation.

Subletting the apartment: Renting out the apartment without official approval is considered a serious violation.
Thousands of citizens are preparing to apply for a new offering that includes 15,000 fully finished housing units, with areas ranging between 90 and 127 square meters, offered at subsidized prices and with flexible payment options. The offering will be rolled out in two phases. The first phase begins on May 21 and continues until June 4, 2025, following a first-come, first-served reservation system to enhance transparency. This initiative is part of the Ministry of Housing’s efforts to provide adequate housing at affordable prices and aims to achieve housing equity and comprehensive urban development.
