The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the launch of 101,000 residential units as part of the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” initiative, targeting low- and middle-income citizens, including those who previously applied in the “Housing for All Egyptians 5” campaign. The units range in size from 75 to 90 square meters and will be available through a randomized electronic allocation system to ensure transparency. Applications will be accepted from July 8 to August 7, 2025, and the units will be offered in 15 new cities in addition to several governorates.
The Ministry of Housing is offering these residential units to low-income citizens, requiring a reservation down payment of EGP 50,000. Financing is available at an annual interest rate of 8% under the Central Bank’s initiative, with income eligibility capped at EGP 12,000 per month for single applicants and EGP 15,000 for families. The terms and conditions booklet is available online and includes full details regarding reservation and payment procedures. Interested applicants can register and upload their documents through the designated website.
